Return window is 30 days after your delivery date. Please note: Customers who did not purchase Redo Package Protection at checkout may be responsible for return shipping costs and applicable return fees.
READ RULES BEFORE RETURNING
- Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear will be returned back to you.
- Engraved and made-to-order items are NOT returnable.
- You must scan your return package at a post office. DO NOT drop it off in a mailbox. We cannot be liable for packages without proof of drop-off.
- Returns that arrive after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. Please note: Labels are only valid for 14 days from the day they are issued.
