What happens to my credit if I return something?

Credit is earned on what you keep, so if part of your order comes back, the credit adjusts to match. If it hasn't unlocked yet, the pending amount simply changes before it lands.

I paid with credit and then got a refund. Do I lose it?

No. Refunds go back the way you paid — the store-credit portion returns to your account, and anything charged to your card goes back to your card.

Is this the same as the store credit I got for a return?

It's one balance. Credit from a return and credit you've earned sit together in your account and spend exactly the same way.

What happened to my old points?

Our previous points program ended when we moved off Stamped. AMYO credit replaces it: instead of points in a widget, you earn real store credit that applies straight at checkout.
