To ensure your clasp is securely fastened, listen for a ‘click’ when inserting the tongue. If you don’t hear it, it will look like this.

To fix, gently lift the tongue slightly upward until you see a small gap (as shown below), then reinsert it. Be sure to secure the additional side safety latches.
