When can I use my credit?

Credit from an order unlocks 60 days after you place it, and we'll email you the day it's ready. Review credit is faster — it lands about a day after your review is published.

Why is there a wait?

The 60 days covers our 30-day return window with room to spare, so your credit reflects what you actually kept. It means the amount that lands is final.

How do I use my credit at checkout?

At checkout, log in with the email you shop with and check Apply store credit in the payment section. Easy to use, no code necessary, and it works with any promo. Credit lives on your account, so you'll need to be signed in — guest checkout won't show it.

Can I use part of my credit and save the rest?

Not within one order — your balance applies in full. Anything left over after your order total stays on your account for next time.

Where do I see my balance?

On your account page, any time, under your profile. It shows your current spendable balance.

Does my credit expire?

Yes, 12 months from the day it's issued. If you have credit from more than one order, the oldest is always used first, so nothing sits around expiring while newer credit gets spent.
